We believe in caring for the whole person-physically, emotionally, and spiritually-and are seeking a caring Massage Therapist to join our interdisciplinary hospice team.

 Position Summary

The Part-Time Massage Therapist provides therapeutic massage services to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and care settings throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul South Metro area. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and committed to improving patient comfort and well-being through gentle, individualized massage therapy.

 Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic massage services to hospice patients based on individual needs and physician orders.

  • Assess patient comfort levels and adapt techniques appropriately for hospice and palliative care patients.

  • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other members of the hospice care team.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the benefits of massage therapy for comfort and symptom management.

  • Adhere to all company policies, professional standards, and applicable state regulations.

  • Travel to patient locations within the Minneapolis/St. Paul South Metro service area.

 Qualifications
  • Current Minnesota Massage Therapy certification, registration, or licensure as required by local regulations.

  • Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.

  • Previous experience working with hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, or medically fragile populations preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

  • Current CPR certification preferred.
