Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern hospital facility in Tempe, Arizona, where you will work primarily indoors, ensuring a safe and focused environment for patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, consisting of eight-hour shifts, with an on-call rotation every Saturday. This setting promotes collaboration among the team and fosters a culture of continual learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain detailed medical histories to facilitate accurate diagnosing and treatment planning.
  • Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
  • Perform physical exams, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, crafting evidence-based treatment plans that consider each patient's unique circumstances.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications, while educating patients on preventive health measures and encouraging lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.
  • Monitor chronic health conditions, ensuring timely coordination of referrals to specialty care when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Document patient encounters with precision using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance and accuracy in patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
