We are seeking responsible, safety-focused, and dependable individuals to join our team as Zombie Paintball Assault Bus Drivers. This position is responsible for safely transporting guests through our immersive Zombie Paintball Assault attraction while providing an exciting, smooth, and memorable experience.

As the Bus Driver, you will operate one of our attraction buses along a designated wooded trail during nighttime operations. Working closely with Bus Commanders, actors, and attraction staff, you will help deliver a thrilling experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety for guests, performers, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Zombie Paintball Assault bus along designated attraction routes and wooded trails.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Transport guests safely while maintaining smooth vehicle operation throughout the attraction.
• Follow all attraction safety procedures, speed limits, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with Bus Commanders, actors, and attraction management to ensure proper timing throughout the experience.
• Assist with the safe loading and unloading of guests.
• Monitor guest safety during the ride and respond appropriately to any emergency situations.
• Maintain awareness of performers, props, and attraction elements while navigating the course.
• Communicate clearly with attraction staff using radios or other communication devices as needed.
• Help create a fun, professional, and memorable experience while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving buses, commercial vehicles, shuttle buses, or other large vehicles is preferred.
• Strong driving skills with the ability to safely operate on uneven terrain and in low-light conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to guest safety and exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience working in attractions, entertainment, transportation, or similar environments is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely operate a large vehicle in outdoor environments during nighttime operations.
• Comfortable driving on uneven terrain, gravel roads, and wooded trails.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and uneven terrain.
• Ability to sit, operate vehicle controls, and remain attentive for extended periods.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all scheduled operating nights throughout the haunted attraction season.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
• Must successfully complete all attraction-specific driver training and safety orientation before operating a vehicle.

Our 2026 Operating Dates:

• August: 22, 23, 24, 28, & 29
• September: 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, & 24–30
• October: 1–31
• November: 1

Please note: From September 24 through November 1, Scream-A-Geddon operates continuously on scheduled event nights, making full availability during this period highly preferred.

Actor Training & Job Fair Dates:

July: 15, 18, 22, 25, & 29

August: 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, & 19
