Job Description: The Retail Sales Associate is a key role for Highway Horticulture’s mission to be friendly, approachable experts in our field. This position will involve guest interaction, product knowledge, inventory management and act as a liaison for our brand. Job Responsibilities: Familiarity with products, ability to speak to guests about the benefits of each
Greet guests in a friendly, hospitable way
Comply with all state regulatory requirements for the sale of cannabis
Operate our Point-Of-Sale system for order fulfillment
Count inventory and make sure each product is labeled and accounted for
Stay informed on new product, legal requirements and trends in the industry
Educate guests who are new to cannabis in an engaging, non-judgmental way
Build rapport with guests, explaining the benefits of our membership/subscription service
Work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, busy retail environment
Manage online orders, curbside pickup fulfillment
