Title: Administrative Assistant I
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Duration: 12 Months
100% Onsite
Summary
To provide day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department leadership and business operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, calendars, meetings, and general office support.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and other business documents.
  • Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and administrative staff to support business objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with employees, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
