Job description

About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig ร…berg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
What You'll Do
1. Systems Strategy & Architecture
  • Define the long-term GTM systems architecture, ensuring tools, data, and processes align with how Legora sells, renews, and grows.
  • Establish frameworks for governance, security, and change control, ensuring sustainable scale and system integrity.
  • Partner with the Head of RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to align systems and processes with company growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, consolidation, and efficiency across the GTM stack.
2. Systems Integration & Expansion
  • Extend Salesforce to the broader GTM stack - integrating systems that enable seamless execution from Lead โ†’ Opportunity and Quote โ†’ Cash.
  • Design clean, reliable data flows between Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance, creating a single source of truth for customer and revenue data.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to align Salesforce and Snowflake models for unified analytics and downstream reporting.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors, ensuring integrations meet standards for data quality, scalability, and governance.
3. Salesforce Ownership
  • Serve as the architect and owner of Salesforce, the core platform at the center of the GTM stack.
  • Manage Salesforce end-to-end - including data model, automation (Flows, Apex), security, and reporting frameworks.
  • Design and maintain scalable, auditable workflows for lead routing, opportunity lifecycle, quoting, billing, and renewals.
  • Define roles, permissions, and data hygiene standards to ensure security, accuracy, and consistency across all GTM functions.
  • Establish documentation, change management, and version control to maintain reliability and traceability of system changes.
4. Leadership & Enablement
  • Build and mentor a future GTM Systems & Data team as the company scales.
  • Partner with Enablement and Ops leaders to drive adoption, training, and system hygiene.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM and Finance leadership - balancing innovation, control, and data-driven insight.

What You Bring
  • 7-10 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Salesforce architecture, ideally within high-growth SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its integration with the broader GTM stack.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and warehouse alignment (Snowflake or similar).
  • Hands-on systems operator who can design and implement - then scale into leadership.
  • Experienced communicator who bridges technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Passionate about building high-integrity, high-automation systems that enable precision and growth.

What's In It For You
