- Analyze member load and interval meter data and develop documented correlations, estimates, and load-reconstruction methods when data is temporarily or permanently unavailable.
- Support monthly member billing and settlement activities by validating revenue-metered data, resolving exceptions within required timeframes , and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Analyze changes to the Georgia Integrated Transmission System, Energy Management System, generating plants, meter configurations, historian tags, and interfaces to validate downstream impacts.

- Experience with or aptitude to learn IEE/MV-90xi Meter Data Management, AVEVA PI System, eDNA, EMS/SCADA interfaces, SQL, time-series databases, Power BI, reporting, scripting, or workflow automation.
- Experience troubleshooting interfaces and data flows across metering, historian, database, EMS/SCADA, and related systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based incident , asset , problem , and change management practices and tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
- Utility, electric cooperative, generation and transmission, municipal utility, investor-owned utility, ISO/RTO, regulated production-system, or 24/7 control-center support experience.
