Description:

Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry? QSSI's PEMCO Lighting Division in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Production/Manufacturing Associate to contribute to our fast-paced and innovative environment. As a key team member, you will be crucial in assembling and inspecting lighting products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining efficient production processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deburring of aluminum parts and castings.

. Phosphating castings and aluminum shafts.

· Wrapping poles for shipment.

. Assemble and inspect LED arrays to be used in outdoor light fixtures.

· Make sure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.

· Assembles product parts by hand or power tools such as a drill.

· Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.

· Unloads and loads shipments.

. Other duties as needed.

. Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory. 

 
 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

- Unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided based on business needs.

- No travel required for this position.

 
 

Work Environment:

- Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity.

- Handling of fragile products may be required.
