Job description

Join Our Growing Metal Roofing Team

Are you an experienced metal roofer looking for a rewarding career with a company that values quality craftsmanship and safety? We're seeking skilled and production-minded Metal Roofers to join our team. If you have 3+ years of metal roofing experience and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! As a Metal Roofer on our team, you'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of metal roofing systems on both commercial and residential properties across Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito counties. You'll work with standing seam metal roofing, metal panels, and various roofing accessories to deliver high-quality results that protect our clients' investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install standing seam metal roofing systems and metal roofing panels on commercial and residential homes and buildings
  • Install metal roofing accessories including ridge caps, flashings, gutters, and trim
  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new metal roof installation
  • Read and interpret blueprints and roofing specifications
  • Ensure proper sealing, waterproofing, and insulation of all metal roofing systems
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Transport roofing materials and equipment to and from job sites
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each roofing project
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
  • Big plus if you can fabricate/solder sheet metal!

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

  • 3+ years of proven experience with residential and commercial metal roofing systems
  • Hands-on experience with metal roofing installation, including standing seam systems
  • Self-motivated with a production-minded approach to roofing work
  • Valid and clean driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to carry heavy roofing materials and equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights and able to climb up and down ladders repeatedly throughout the day
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to core values
  • Dedication to following all safety protocols and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
