We currently are hiring for our Day shift and night shift. These shifts offer a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am on nights, and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running. This position is hourly, and the rate is based on experience.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Minimum requirements

  • Must be able to Setup Brake Press machine by selecting correct tooling and editing CNC programs to blueprint specs, Trumpf air bending experience is preferred
  • Must be able to problem solve programs as needed.
  • Must be able to read complex blue prints and follow work instructions.
  • Must be able to perform quality checks on parts.
  • Must be familiar with basic safety operations on the Brake Press.
  • Produce multiple quality bends on a single part efficiently
  • Ensure conformance to specifications
  • Measure and mark work pieces using calipers, micrometer or other gauges.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
  • Operate forklifts and use them in conveying work materials
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth work operations
  • Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
  • Organize and clean equipment on a regular basis
