Job Title:ย Metal Casting Technician โ€“ 2nd Shift & Early Shift
Location:ย Delavan, WI, 53115


Summary:
Join our dynamic Concast (Foundry) team and help shape the future of metal casting! Seeking motivated individuals to assist with sandcast molding, metal preparation, and finishing castings. Immediate openings with two available shifts: 4amโ€“12pm and 12pmโ€“8pm. Overtime offered!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and prepare sandcast molds for proprietary casting operations

  • Knock out sand castings and weigh/prep metal charges

  • Measure and record essential data

  • Cut off, dress, and finish castings with precision

  • Operate band saws and power tools

  • Assist team with various foundry tasks as assigned

  • Willingness to work overtime and extended hours when needed


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or foundry role

  • Hands-on ability with basic power tools and equipment

  • Strong attention to detail; comfortable with measuring and documentation

  • Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • No forklift required


Work Schedule:

  • Choose from two shifts:

    • Mondayโ€“Friday | 4:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM

    • Mondayโ€“Friday | 12:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 PM

  • Overtime as needed
