This is a full-time, temp-to-hire Metal Casting Machine Operator position on a compressed swing shift schedule. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, inspect finished parts, and play a key role in producing quality metal components for the transportation industry.
 

Metal Casting Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor metal molding and casting machinery
  • Change dies, remove castings, maintain molds, and inspect parts for quality
  • Record production data, including temperatures, pressures, cycle times, and output
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
  • Work with molten or heated metal materials in a production setting

Schedule: Swing Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am

Pay: $22.50 per hour, increase upon permanent hire.

Metal Casting Machine Operator Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift 4 to 10 pounds frequently throughout the shift
  • Able to follow written instructions and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
