Job description

Natural Habitat Adventures (Nat Hab) is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll help bring our conservation travel stories to life through content creation, AI-assisted production, digital publishing, and a variety of recurring marketing initiatives that support our global audience of adventure travelers. This is a 30-40 hour per week contract position through December 2026, with the possibility of extending into 2027 based on business needs.


COMPENSATION

$30-$40 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. (Per Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, employers must include compensation ranges in job postings.)


RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Writing & Production

  • Use AI tools to draft webinar blurbs, product descriptions, YouTube descriptions, social media captions and other recurring marketing copy.
  • Draft responses to guest reviews for editorial approval.
  • Use AI tools to create first-draft blog posts and other marketing content.
  • Complete additional writing assignments as needed.

Digital Publishing & Content Maintenance

  • Publish and update blog posts, press releases and other approved digital content.
  • Refresh existing content by updating links, metadata, product or trip information and other approved content.
  • Add photos, videos, calls to action and other assets to digital content.
  • Update website pages, media resources and other recurring marketing materials.
  • Moderate social media comments and escalate questions or issues when appropriate.

Reviews, Testimonials & Marketing Support

  • Publish guest reviews, testimonials and other user-generated content using established workflows.
  • Monitor online reviews and draft responses for editorial review.
  • Coordinate seasonal content updates and recurring marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing, social media scheduling and other digital campaigns.
  • Support content migrations, website updates and publishing projects.
  • Proofread digital content for grammar, formatting, broken links and consistency.
  • Help maintain marketing assets, promotional materials and digital resources.
  • Assist with marketing reporting, research and other recurring projects as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Experience using AI writing tools to improve efficiency and support content creation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in content management systems and learning new digital tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize recurring work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with WordPress, Contentful, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms or similar marketing tools is a plus.


WORKING HOURS

Our standard company hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. On Saturdays, we operate from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with coverage provided by select members of our guest-facing teams. Your working hours will be determined by your team.
