The Senior Analyst, Global Payroll, plays a critical role in managing payroll data and systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration across global operations. This position supports data management initiatives, resolves payroll-related issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires expertise in payroll systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement to maintain high standards of service excellence. The Senior Analyst contributes to the development and implementation of payroll solutions while upholding organizational policies and supporting business objectives in a dynamic environment.

The Global Payroll team is dedicated to accurate and timely processing of employee wages and benefits while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The team specializes in payroll administration, tax calculations, and operational excellence, leveraging data management and root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively. Collaborating across functions, the team drives continuous improvement and service quality to support organizational objectives. What you'll do:
  • Manage payroll data and ensure accuracy in payroll administration processes across global operations.
  • Support integration and maintenance of payroll systems, including data extraction and reporting from platforms such as Workday.
  • Analyze payroll-related data to identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance documentation related to payroll and tax filings.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and controls.
  • Provide timely resolution of payroll issues, maintaining service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
