Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of Massanutten Resort's digital marketing efforts. This role assists with campaign builds, landing page creation, SEO monitoring, and performance reporting across Massanutten Resort, Wilderness Resort, Massanutten Vacations, and other subsidiaries of Great Eastern Resort Corporation. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy to ensure paid media, website performance, and analytics deliver measurable acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to stay current with digital marketing tools and trends.
Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and traffic/conversion reporting
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and landing page testing tools
  • Ability to compile and present campaign performance data using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Canva or other creative design tool to generate Ad content at scale
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred
  • Agency experience
  • Hospitality, resort, or travel industry marketing experience
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Knowledge of CRM-integrated digital campaigns and email retargeting
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Experience working with external vendors or digital agencies

Typical Schedule
  • Days: Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility for campaign deadlines and events
