How much does a Meta recruiter make?

A Meta recruiter typically earns between $70,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and level within the company. Meta Recruiters work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and fine-tune job descriptions. Regular sync meetings and feedback sessions ensure alignment on candidate pipelines and interview progress. Recruiters also help coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and facilitate debriefs, acting as a bridge between candidates and the internal team to provide a seamless experience. This collaborative approach is essential to attract top talent and ensure that hiring decisions align with Meta's culture and technical standards.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the interview process should focus on assessing a candidate's skills and experience, while 30% should evaluate cultural fit and soft skills.
