Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Fully Onsite)
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in a fast-paced medical device environment. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience who is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and excited to contribute across multiple areas of marketing, branding, and creative content development.
This position will play a key role in supporting brand growth initiatives as the company expands beyond traditional physical therapy and chiropractic markets into broader reimbursement and healthcare segments.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, creative, and brand channels
  • Create and manage digital content including animations, graphics, videos, and advertisements
  • Support paid advertising efforts across Meta and Google platforms
  • Contribute to marketing copy, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Assist with website updates, content management, and ongoing rebranding initiatives
  • Develop marketing materials for webinars, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Support brand positioning and competitive analysis projects
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies
  • Help streamline marketing processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings and marketing initiatives
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automation efforts through platforms such as HighLevel or similar systems
  • Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and regulatory considerations within a healthcare environment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
  • 3-7 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, preferred
  • Familiarity with website content management and basic HTML preferred
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Google and/or Meta certifications are a plus!
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute to messaging and campaign development
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a startup-style environment
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices is a plus
  • Candidates with animation or motion graphics experience from programs such as SCAD, Kennesaw State, or similar creative-focused programs are encouraged to apply.
