Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UA Manager (Core, Meta) based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of high-scale user acquisition activities across Meta, with a strong focus on web funnels in the competitive dating and social discovery space. You will drive performance across large monthly budgets while shaping acquisition strategy for Tier-1 markets, especially the USA. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly international, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and scale. You will work closely with creative, product, and automation teams to continuously improve campaign performance. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic input, allowing you to directly impact global user growth. It is ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in high-volume, high-accountability UA environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale Meta (Facebook) user acquisition campaigns for web funnels across core dating and social products, with a strong focus on Tier-1 markets such as the USA.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns managing significant monthly budgets (typically $200K-$300K+ per channel) with clear performance targets.
  • Build and maintain robust account structures, including Business Manager setup, tracking infrastructure, domains, whitelists, and payment flows.
  • Run continuous creative testing cycles (hypothesis-driven ideation, iteration, performance analysis, and scaling).
  • Develop and implement automation solutions (rules, scripts, and third-party integrations) to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV, ensuring sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong senior-level experience in hands-on Meta (Facebook) UA, ideally within web and B2C environments, with proven success in Tier-1 markets (especially USA).
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets (minimum $100K/month, ideally $200K+/month) with a strong performance marketing mindset.
  • Deep understanding of Meta advertising mechanics, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, scaling methods, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a clear command of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV, and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Hands-on mindset with a role split of approximately 70-80% execution and 20-30% strategic/channel development.
  • Exposure to automation tools and workflows, with a practical understanding of AI-assisted creative testing and optimization processes.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Competitive salary (exact range shared during the recruitment process before employment begins).
  • 28 calendar days of annual vacation.
  • 7 wellness days per year for rest and personal needs without using sick leave.
  • Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
  • 50% coverage of professional training, conferences, and industry events.
  • Corporate discounts for English language courses.
  • Health benefits, including up to $1,000 gross annually for medical insurance or healthcare expenses for you and close family members.
  • Workplace support, including equipment provision or reimbursement for home office/co-working setup up to $1,000 gross every 3 years.
  • Internal gamified rewards system redeemable for merchandise, team activities, and wellness perks.
