Overview

Senior Product Marketing Manager at BetterUp. In this role, you will join BetterUp’s Product Marketing team (PMM) and translate the science and technology of our Human Transformation Platform into collateral and messaging that resonates for our buyers. You will own persona research, messaging, value proposition development, frontline seller enablement, product launches, and cross-functional GTM orchestration for BetterUp’s products. You will have a significant influence on both product strategy and GTM strategy for the products you manage, and you will measure success by meeting revenue and adoption goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead the GTM strategy for your product and solution areas - focusing on positioning and messaging, pricing and packaging, thought leadership, competitive intelligence and field enablement
  • Develop detailed buyer and influencer personas for your product and solution areas
  • Shape how your products and solutions fit into the broader BetterUp multi-product platform narrative
  • Own storytelling, messaging, positioning, naming, competitive intelligence and value proposition development for the individual product and solution offerings
  • Develop and execute on launch plans for new solution offerings both internally (via customer-facing roles like Sales and Customer Success) and externally (with customers, partners and influencers)
  • Support sales teams with regular product training, demos, playbooks, solution presentations and audience knowledge with supporting content such as pitch decks, case studies, blogs, webpages, whitepapers, and other customer and sales-facing content
  • Monitor and own business metrics in regard to revenue, pipeline, win rate and usage metrics for your product and solution areas
  • Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace
  • Regularly update PMM assets based on rapidly evolving competitive intelligence, customer feedback and changing market dynamics for your product and solution areas
  • Partnering with product management to help inform product strategy with the customer at the center to drive the next generation of our products
  • Drive efforts with product management to define an overall product roadmap that will drive the long term growth of the organization and translate the product vision into an external facing innovation story to inspire customers
  • Partner with Growth & demand-generation teams on content and messaging for campaigns and pipeline-acceleration activities

The base salary range for this role is $142,000 – $225,000.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: NYC $164,000 – $225,000; Albany, Buffalo, Nassau, Newburgh, Rochester, Syracuse $142,000 – $195,000.
