Middleware Software Engineer - IBM MQ / IBM Integration Bus
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Middleware Software Engineer with strong expertise in IBM WebSphere MQ Series and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in middleware integration, messaging systems, and enterprise application connectivity, with the ability to design, implement, and support high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support solutions using IBM WebSphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable middleware integration across enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve middleware issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement messaging patterns, workflows, and integration solutions.
  • Support performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning of middleware systems.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus.
