Description Summary: The Product Marketing Manager will own M3's product marketing strategy, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively in the market, clearly differentiated, and communicated in a way that resonates with the hospitality industry. This role bridges product, sales, and marketing, taking responsibility for messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution. The Manager will play a critical role in driving adoption, supporting revenue growth, and equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to win. 

Key Responsibilities

The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor's requests for additional or altered duties.

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for M3's products, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. 
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Own go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and marketing. 
  • Sales Enablement: Build and deliver enablement tools, playbooks, and training that empower sales to effectively communicate value and close deals. 
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead competitive research and analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies. 
  • Customer & Market Insights: Partner with customer success and product teams to capture feedback, identify market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Content Development: Oversee product marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, website content, and thought leadership. 
  • Measure Impact: Collaborate with marketing and product management to establish and track product marketing campaign impact 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure product strategy and messaging are aligned with customer needs and company goals. 

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with significant product marketing focus.
  • Strong background in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Hospitality or financial software experience is a plus.
