Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT or Manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens OpCenter MES or other Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Experience supporting Electronic Batch Records (EBR) implementations.
  • Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
  • Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and production processes.
  • Experience with OCPLM integration.
  • Familiarity with software configuration or validation tools.
  • Experience in process improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
