Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing, supply chain, and production processes. This role is a key liaison between our business stakeholders and IT, focusing on the optimization of our SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) modules, and related Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and projects related to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of SAP MM and PP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and data accuracy within the manufacturing and procurement functions.
  • MES Integration: Support the integration and ongoing improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment with SAP ECC 6.
  • Support & Training: Provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and develop training materials to ensure user proficiency.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP MM and PP modules.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and a strong understanding of integration points with other SAP ECC 6 modules (e.g., SD, FI).
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant-floor systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive for results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
