The position fully takes over the end-to-end administration, strategic planning cross-functional sign-offs, and operational leadership of events to relieve executive leadership and department directors (including Parks & Recreation, Leisure Services and Destination & Event Services) of routine event coordination, inter-departmental alignment, and administrative sign-off burdens.
