Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.

Areas of responsibility with be Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In room dining, Executive Lounge(s) and any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Outlets or the Director of Food & Beverage.

Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.

Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.

Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.

Develop short- and long-term marketing and promotional plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.

Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.

Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.

Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.

Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and StepStone regulations and standards.

Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.

Requirements


  • 1-2 years of hospitality management/ supervisor experience in a full-service operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer functions in general
  • Expertise knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems
