Votre futur rôle
  • Diriger l’équipe d’experts qui encadre les processus liés aux projets d’acquisitions d’entreprises et d’alliances stratégiques, de l’identification des cibles jusqu’à l’intégration
  • Réaliser et superviser la réalisation d’analyse de valorisation de cibles d’acquisition selon des pratiques établies
  • Négocier et analyser les contrats d’acquisition et de financement
  • Participer à la structuration et à la mise en place de solutions de financement adaptées aux besoins du groupe
  • Effectuer des analyses financières complexes afin d’appuyer les décisions stratégiques
  • Préparer des analyses de rentabilité, d’évaluation et de risques liés aux investissements
  • Lire, interpréter et administrer des contrats financiers et commerciaux
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de direction, les partenaires financiers, les équipes légales et les différentes unités d’affaires
  • Contribuer activement à la gouvernance financière et au respect des cadres réglementaires
  • Assurer l’implantation de systèmes contribuant à l’amélioration des processus financiers et à l’optimisation des pratiques de gestion
Compétences requises
  • Formation universitaire en finance ou comptabilité
  • Titre CFA ou CPA, M. Sc Finances ou MBA en finance – un atout
  • 6 à 9 ans d’expérience en finance corporative, financement, investissement ou M&A
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe dans un environnement complexe ou multinational
  • Solide capacité d’analyse financière, d’évaluation d’investissements et de compréhension des structures de financement.
  • Expérience en négociation de transactions financières et analyse de contrats
  • Forte capacité stratégique, d’analyse des risques et de prise de décision
  • Leadership d’expertise mobilisateur et capacité d’influence auprès de la haute direction
  • Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, jugement professionnel et autonomie
  • Disponibilité pour voyager occasionnellement
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers stratégiques simultanément
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais – à des fins de communication avec clients et fournisseurs hors Québec
