Position Title: Associate M&A Attorney
Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 / Year, DOE
The Associate M&A Attorney role presents an opportunity for a skilled attorney to contribute to significant M&A transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct transactional and M&A work, including preparation and review of schedules and data rooms
  • Advise clients on M&A matters
  • Prepare necessary documentation
  • Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
  • Manage end-of-year reporting and filings
  • Proofread legal documents
  • Support transactional partners in the office

Requirements:
  • Active bar membership in Nevada
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in M&A, including transactional work and document preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word; basic Excel skills are acceptable
  • Graduating in the top 10% of class from a national law school, or in the top 1%-5% locally from Boyd Law School, or completion of a 2-year federal district court clerkship is preferred
