Start Date: 08/22/2022 End Date: 11/20/2022 Status: Open Total Positions: 3 Skill: RN Emergency Room Duration: 13 - Weeks Location: IA - MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center Shift Start Time: 19:00:00 Shift End Time: 07:30:00

Description: Join the action in our Level 3 trauma center of 22 beds. We also have 4 behavioral health transition beds and will allow you to use your nursing skills as a part of our family-like team. Through evidence-based practice, the RN utilizes critical thinking to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcome based care of patients. The RN supervises and coordinates care provided to patients by the LPN, Patient Care Assistants and other nursing team members. The RN facilitates communication with physicians, patient and family, other departments and/or team members. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of MercyOne
