Are you a senior LPN or RN nursing student preparing for your final semester?

Join Mercy’s Earn As You Learn (EAYL) Program and get paid while gaining valuable hands-on experience during your senior practicum!

💰 Program Benefits:
  • $2,000 Stipend (taxed) upon successful completion of your senior practicum at Mercy

  • Work directly with nurse managers, clinical supervisors, and frontline nurses for personalized support

  • Build strong professional relationships and transition into a full-time nursing role post-graduation

  • Early job placement opportunities—secure your RN or LPN position before graduation!

Eligibility & Commitment

To participate, students must:

  • Be in their final semester of an accredited LPN or RN program

  • Complete their senior practicum at Mercy Hospital St Louis

  • Accept a bedside nursing role at Mercy (minimum 6-month commitment). You will need to start applying to Graduate Nurse opportunities ASAP!

    *It is strongly encouraged that this position is on the unit where the practicum was completed
