How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Champion Athlete Wellness: Design and lead comprehensive injury prevention and rehabilitation programs that keep athletes safe, healthy, and ready for the game.

  • Create Holistic Care Plans: Go beyond the injury. You’ll develop customized conditioning and nutrition plans tailored to each athlete’s unique physiological needs and schedule.

  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the essential liaison between physicians, sports performance staff, and athletes, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and high-quality medical documentation.

  • Drive Performance: Prepare athletes for the intensity of competition, ensuring they are physically and mentally equipped to perform within regulatory guidelines.

  • Evaluate & Evolve: Swiftly assess and manage acute injuries, adapting your treatment strategies as athletes progress through their recovery milestones.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
