Schedule: 3x12's 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is a 66-bed, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Mercy. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, we serve our community by helping patients on their journey to recovery after serious illness or injury. We seek enthusiastic professionals to provide superior care as part of our interdisciplinary team - all within a welcoming environment.

How you'll contribute

A Rehab RN who excels in this role:

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs 
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions 
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient 
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record 
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient 
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
  • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • BLS Required 
  • Previous Rehabilitation Experience Preferred
