Individuals who do not receive the influenza vaccination – due to an approved medical or religious exemption – must wear a mask (or an N95 respirator if a tight-fitting respirator is required for the co-worker’s specific job function). The mask must cover both nose and mouth during the influenza season when present at Mercy facilities....
