Job description

About the role
We're on the lookout for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Mercy HealthPlex - West Clermont, managed by HealthFitness in Batavia, Ohio! If you're passionate about helping others move, feel, and live better, this part-time opportunity (approximately 10 hours per week) is a great way to make an impact while doing what you love.
Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
  • Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages.
