You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate scheduling and resources, prepare quotes, and support business development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client accounts for electrical service calls, repairs, and special projects.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors to schedule labor and materials.
  • Prepare quotes and estimates for service work and special project scopes.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to scope work, confirm progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future work opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on project status, invoicing, and client communication.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying leads and participating in client outreach and relationship development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in electrical service or construction account/project management.
  • Ability to pass a background check for access to school and military base sites.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, service work, and construction site processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician License or similar field experience.
  • Previous experience with government or commercial clients.
  • Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Procore, or similar platforms).
  • Sales or business development background in a construction-related field.

WHY JOIN US?
