Job description

Account Executive [Growth; Reverse Logistics]

Draper, UT, United States

Full Time

Mid Level

Redo is the all-in-one e-commerce platform for returns, package protection, checkout optimization, and order management, serving thousands of DTC brands on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Our coverage model is 100% free to merchants, and we win when they win.

We're growing fast and need closers.

We're an AI-forward company. Every role at Redo — sales included — is expected to experiment with, adopt, and build AI into their daily work. If that excites you, keep reading.

The role

You own the full sales cycle; prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing new business. You'll travel to meet merchants face-to-face, become a deep product and industry expert, and consistently exceed quota. When a deal closes, it's yours. When Customer Success takes over the account, the relationship you built is the foundation they stand on.

What we require

A demonstrated history of excellence in everything you've done; that's the baseline. Beyond that: 1+ years in a closing or senior SDR role where you carried a number and hit it. Sharp communication that holds up in a room with founders and ops leaders; a real knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or the Shopify ecosystem goes a long way here. Importantly, the ability to prospect your own pipeline rather than wait for inbound.

This is an in-office role based in Draper, UT.

What we prefer

Startup experience. Merchant-side or ecosystem familiarity. A background where you learned to sell by actually selling, not by watching someone else do it.

Perks
  • Equity
  • Healthcare + Company HSA contribution
  • Unlimited PTO
  • On-site gym, pickleball & basketball
  • Weekly lunches & stocked break room
  • $100/mo Monthly e-commerce stipend
  • $100/mo babysitting reimbursement
  • Minutes from trails

Redo is an equal opportunity employer
