New Way Trucks is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support our dealer network, and enhance customer experience. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department by coordinating projects, managing logistics, and ensuring marketing activities are completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys bringing projects from concept to completion.
Your Role in Our Mission:
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and assist in scheduling campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, agencies, and suppliers to complete marketing projects.

Trade Shows & Events
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for regional and national trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings, and customer events.
  • Coordinate booth shipping, installation, promotional materials, equipment, travel arrangements, and event schedules.
  • Manage event checklists and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up communications.

Customer Experience
  • Coordinate customer and dealer visits to New Way manufacturing facilities.
  • Schedule tours and collaborate with internal departments to ensure professional and engaging visitor experience.
  • Prepare visitor itineraries, presentation materials, welcome gifts, and facility logistics.

Promotional Merchandise & Purchasing
  • Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional merchandise.
  • Research, source, and purchase branded giveaways, apparel, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure quality, branding consistency, and on-time delivery.
  • Track marketing inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

Marketing Communications
  • Assist with developing and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing communications.
  • Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, announcements, and customer communications.

Social Media & Digital Support
  • Schedule and publish content across New Way's social media platforms.
  • Assist with creating social media copy, graphics, and campaign coordination.
  • Monitor engagement and coordinate responses with appropriate team members.
  • Support website updates and digital marketing initiatives as assigned.

Administrative & Department Support
  • Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, and project documentation.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paperwork related to marketing activities.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for events and marketing projects.
  • Perform additional marketing support duties as assigned.

To Perform this Job Successfully:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, event planning, or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and company events.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Creative problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
