About the Job

CatFace is seeking a Studio Operations Coordinator to support the Studio Operations Manager in scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining efficient workflows across all company divisions. This role is key in ensuring that video production, merchandising, animation, and gaming teams stay on track by assisting in the development of effective systems and processes.

As a Studio Operations Coordinator, you'll work in a fast-paced, creative environment, playing a vital role in cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency. What You'll Do

  • Schedule Management: Assist in coordinating teams across production to align with project timelines.
  • Company-Wide Coordination: Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager and department leads to communicate schedule changes, meetings, and key deadlines, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to assign and prepare meeting spaces, manage room reservations, and ensure meetings stay within their allotted time.
  • Studio Operations Support: Provide backup support for the Studio Operations Manager as needed, including attending meetings, updating various Production schedules via Google Calendar and Monday, and facilitating interdepartmental coordination.
  • Task Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and documents, communicate deadline reminders, and proactively assist with schedule adjustments.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com and Google Workspace to organize data, update schedules, and keep teams aligned.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business, Film Production, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production coordinator, executive assistant, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, project management software, and office applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with creative industries such as digital entertainment, gaming, or animation is a plus.
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed based on business demands.
  • Flexible and open to other duties, including occasionally working evenings and weekends
