SCHEDULE:

Our Closing and Merchandising Supervisor works evenings (including some weekends) from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT AS OUR CLOSING AND MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR:

  • Leading Closing Procedures - ensuring the store is properly closed, locked, and secured before leaving for the night. You'll complete all closing checklists, balance tills, and prepare the sales floor for the next day.
  • Maintaining Merchandising Standards - keeping shelves stocked, products organized, endcaps full, signs accurate, and displays up-to-date with promotions and seasonal priorities.
  • Directing the Evening Team - guiding associates throughout the closing shift by delegating tasks, answering questions, providing support as needed, and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Driving Sales and Satisfaction - leading your team in delivering the Ace Helpful Promise (assisting customers, solving problems, and promoting add-on sales) to support business growth and ensure customer service.
  • Supporting Store Recovery and Inventory Accuracy - managing the sales floor throughout the shift, including placing items in the correct spaces, ensuring products are facing forward, returning go-backs, and maintaining well-stocked inventory levels.
