Job Overview

The Point of Sales (POS) Specialist II 5day position assists in the ordering, receiving, tracking, routing and monitoring of POS items. The POS Specialist II 5day participates in inventory counting and reconciliation processes and is responsible for pre-assembling inventory items for shipment. The POS Specialist II 5day must have good interpersonal skills since they will work with a variety of people including managers, teammates, vendors, and customers. The POS Specialist II 5day will work on multiple projects simultaneously, which will require efficient use of time management and organization skills. The POS Specialist II 5day will be required to deliver POS to satellite facilities utilizing the Coca Cola box truck or other company vehicle.  The POS Specialist II 5day is a source of contingency staffing for other vital areas including but not limited to Merchandising, Warehouse, Equipment Services Cooler Delivery, and Product Delivery (aspirational) roles when staffing gaps exist. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages POS for multiple branches and delivers to multiple branches utilizing box truck
  • Performs the binding and assembly of POS materials as necessary/needed in the marketplace
  • Performs other activities of organizing, packaging, storage and or delivery of goods as required
  • Receives materials and supplies daily and places these materials in their designated locations. Maintains accurate count and inventory of all POS coming in and going out on a daily basis
  • Communicate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure items are loaded and delivered
  • Order POS as needed or requested
     
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Excellent Driving Record
  • High Energy, Self Motivated with organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and communicate with customers professionally
  • Knowledge of inventory processes preferred
  • Strong time management skills
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Forklift Certification needed
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Evaluation (Med Card) 
     
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Driver's License Required
  • Able to drive a Box Truck (CDL Preferred)
