Hello Everyone,


We are looking for Senior Merchandise/Assortment Planners for our client to establish clear end-to-end bottoms-up merchandise plans partnering with Merchandising & Enterprise Business Planning to create a line grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer centric offerings that support the goals and the consumer sport offense. You will manage the line through to in-season optimization with a robust rolling forecast process and weekly strategic collaboration with cross-functional partners.


Duration: 12 months

Location: Beaverton, OR

Onsite: Mon-Thurs, Friday: Remote


Who you will work with:

You will partner cross-functionally with Direct Merchandising, Sport Planning, Sport Merchandising,

Allocation Planning, Concept Planning, and Marketing/Brand teams.


What you will work on:

You'll be an ambassador of the brand - everything we stand for: drive, determination, the unyielding commitment to excellence. You will:

โ— Develop detailed seasonal buy plans and monthly forecasts inclusive of sales, margin and inventory at the style color level.

โ— Develop strategies to meet sport financial goals and own open-to-buy bottoms-up forecasts to

inform business decisions and in-season optimization actions.

โ— Articulate financial plans in seasonal presentations and monthly open-to-buy meetings to gain

alignment and accelerate the vision of the sport business goals.

โ— Collaborate with key stakeholders across the NA organization to optimize business health

throughout the entirety of the product life cycle.

โ— Facilitate monthly and seasonal inventory planning and management activities utilizing advanced data systems and analytics to solve problems and drive results.

โ— Recap and analyze the business against weekly forecasts and align actionable insights with holistic sport team, addressing risks & opportunities.
