Job Summary
As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you play a pivotal role in evaluating and setting prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor. In this role, you will assess a wide range of donated items, including clothing, furniture, electronics, and household goods, using your knowledge of quality, condition, brand recognition, and resale demand.
Your responsibilities include accurately determining value based on condition, functionality, market trends, and customer buying patterns, and applying appropriate pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive pricing. You will collaborate closely with team members, particularly with Pricer Support personnel, to ensure consistent pricing standards and efficient workflow. Your attention to detail, cross-category merchandise knowledge, and sound judgment contribute directly to the thrift store's revenue goals and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the value of donated clothing, furniture, electronics, and household goods based on condition, functionality, brand recognition, and market trends
  • Evaluate merchandise for quality, completeness, safety, and resale appeal
