A growing Texas-based premium apparel retailer is seeking an experienced Merchandise Planning Manager to support its expanding store network. The company offers elevated casualwear, footwear, leather accessories, and distinctive lifestyle merchandise influenced by Texas culture and contemporary design.

Working closely with merchandising and retail leadership, this role will guide assortment planning, inventory allocation, and merchandise performance. The Merchandise Planning Manager will use sales trends and customer demand to ensure stores carry the right products while supporting healthy inventory levels and margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop merchandise plans across stores, categories, and seasonal collections.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and product performance.
  • Recommend assortment and inventory adjustments based on demand.
  • Coordinate merchandise allocation across existing and new locations.
  • Support seasonal forecasting and open-to-buy planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity and sell-through.
