Job description

Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud is seeking a high energy, dynamic individual to join our team as the Merchandise Manager. Our successful Merchandise Manager will be a resourceful, team oriented, highly analytical thinker who can turn thoughts into actions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Training and coordinating staff for gift shop and pre-show areas.
  • Work closely with Corporate Director of Merchandise in selection and procurement of retail items.
  • Maintain inventory control system that complies with all company accounting policies.
  • Staging of merchandise in gift shop to promote sales
  • Ensures bar area is clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Responsible for highlighting seasonal drink features
  • Involvement in running reports on Clover POS and YellowDog inventory systems
  • Working alongside photo team to inspire sales
  • Directly communicates with third party photo vendor, MagicMemories, to promote creative picture packages for our customers
