Job description

We are looking for Merchandise Associates for our upcoming 2026-2027 (October-April) season! This is a part-time, paid position. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, detail-oriented, reliable, and a natural problem solver.
What will you do?
  • Assist in the execution of the team's retail merchandise operation
  • Assist in customer's purchasing needs
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming manner and responds appropriately to customer's questions/requests
  • Process purchases through the POS system
  • Assist in setting up and taking down merchandise displays
  • Assist in inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Alert management of potential security issues
  • Set-up pre-game and breakdown post-game retail stores
  • Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness of store/stands
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This position will have two managers selected from the associates pool, who will take on increased responsibilities.

Requirements of the Job:
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Please note that we almost always have a game the day before or after major holidays that you will be required to work.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.
  • Most game days, you will be required to arrive by 3:30pm

This is a part-time, highly variable event-based role. Hours range from 0-29 hours a week, based on number of games. This position will require you to work 28/30 home games and playoff games; as well as 2-6 additional hours throughout the week.
