Grow your career with Queen's Price Chopper! We are seeking a well qualified, experienced, hard working individual to fill the Store Director position.
The Store Director is responsible for management of all employees, store inventory, and merchandising. Responsibilities include approving employee scheduling, overseeing the hiring and training of new and current employees, ensuring the execution of company policies and procedures. The Store Director is also responsible for managing the store inventory through ordering and pre booking to maximize sales for each day, as well as the merchandising of the inventory to meet company standards and improve the customer shopping experience. Most importantly, the Store Director is responsible for ensuring great customer satisfaction, and will oversee any conflicts, discrepancies, or other problems to provide the best experience to all customers that shop with us.
