About the Role:

The Manager of Pricing, Purchasing & Analytics plays a critical role in driving the financial performance and competitive positioning of our retail operations across the United States. This position is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. The role involves overseeing purchasing activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and supplier relationship management. Additionally, the manager will lead data-driven analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across merchandising and supply chain functions. Ultimately, this role ensures that pricing, purchasing, and analytics efforts are aligned to deliver sustainable business growth and enhanced customer value.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or 3-5 years experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing, purchasing, or analytics within the retail industry.
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 yr. degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or 3-5 YEARS experience in a related discipline.
