SUMMARY:

 The Supply Chain Analyst supportsthe organization's supply chain operations by coordinating the movement of rawmaterials, in-process goods, or completed merchandise to ensure that productionneeds or customer expectations are met.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and sales teams to align material planning with build schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for components such as chassis parts, body materials, and custom assemblies
  • Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability
  • Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, specialty components)
  • Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plans
