What You Will Be Doing
- Manage large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from start to finish
- Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals and execution strategies
- Build and develop strong teams while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and staying on schedule and within budget
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution and cost control
- Set and manage technical goals, scheduling benchmarks, procurement strategies, and staffing plans
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management systems and processes to meet client needs and business objectives
- Review contractual requirements and MEP-specific design and installation methodologies
- Ensure project schedules are met and adjust priorities based on evolving customer needs and resource availability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project reviews with a focus on financial forecasting and performance tracking
