REPORTS TO: Dining Service Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Supervises operation of kitchen/dining area. Is responsible for menu planning, meal preparation and clean up. Handles all USDA and Child Food and Nutrition Reports

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Food ordering, storage and inventory
