What You'll Do:

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
  • Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
