Our menu reflects a bright, modern New American style - blending Tennessee's distilling heritage with the diverse tastes that shape today's culinary landscape.
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Server to join our restaurant team at Junie's in the Motto by Hilton hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of Junie's food and beverage menu, actively promote menu items to guests, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their visit.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met, and adhering to Junie's steps of service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning & resetting tables, stocking supplies, and adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and service.
  • Process guest orders using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly and with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with restaurant team members and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a casual upscale restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Valid state-issued TABC certification (as required by local law).
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
