Scratch Restaurants Group is looking for the next Event Coordinator to help with events across the country for our Sushi by Scratch Restaurants and Pasta Bar locations.
The Event Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
โ€ข This position plays a critical role in generating substantial revenue, expanding market
presence, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences through strategic planning and
execution.
โ€ข Own and consistently exceed individual revenue goals and performance metrics
โ€ข Develop marketing strategies to promote outreach strategies, promotions, and database growth
promote events and increase attendance, identify opportunities to upsell menus,
enhancements, and experiences, to maximize event revenue.
โ€ข Handle incoming calls, emails, and leads with a strong focus on converting inquiries into
booked events. Monitoring daily leads including email Inquiries, and voicemails.
โ€ข Collaborate with guests to understand their vision and requirements for each event, guiding
them through the planning process, menus, service layouts, and logistics, including timelines,
floorplans, and vendor coordination. Prepare contracts and collect deposits from all guests,
while ensuring all terms are clearly communicated
โ€ข Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and ensure alignment
and feasibility, staffing, flow, and execution strategy
โ€ข Build and maintain a strong pipeline through partnerships with corporate clients, repeat guests,
hotel concierges, convention groups, and local influencers.
โ€ข Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events
โ€ข Provide onsite leadership for large-scale events and as needed
โ€ข Partner with on-site service teams to ensure flawless execution and adherence to plan
โ€ข Participate in BEO and planning meetings to ensure seamless communication across teams
while keeping accurate records in CRM and event management systems
โ€ข Partner with operations team on deposits, invoicing, and accounts receivable to track sales
performance, pipeline activity, and revenue results
โ€ข Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and negotiated effectively
โ€ข Maintain accuracy and organization across all event details and systems
This position will receive commission at 2.5% commission on all events revenue, pre-tax & pre-service fee
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
